2011 – present :: Design Director, Convey360

Design and develop a broad range of print and digital business programs. Training.

2000-present :: Associate Professor/Program Coordinator VC & D

Cuyahoga Community College, Western Campus.
Program Coordination, including scheduling and staffing for several degree programs in Visual Communication.
Curriculum development. Initiating and updating curriculum for VCIM (Web & Interactive Media) as well as foundation design courses.
Responsible for teaching all aspects of design, interactive media and web design.

1998-present :: Sole Proprietor, Music Street Media. Novelty, Ohio

Freelance web & interactive design, consulting and training. Clients include: Ernst & Young, The Arras Group, Point to Point, Garie Waltzer Photography, Eisenheart Wallcoverings, Sorrel Co., University of Akron, Kent State University, The Art Institute of Cleveland.

1998-1999 :: Web Director, Point to Point

Responsible for client relations, structuring, designing and constructing websites.

1994-1998 :: Interactive Media Specialist / Web Producer, Cleveland, Ohio

Ernst & Young
Responsibilities included designing and maintaining EY.com as well as the intranet for EY’s National Communications. Develop interactive presentations targeting internal and external clients such as Coca Cola, Merk and Wells Fargo.

1989-1993 :: Manager Graphics Technology, Imperial Wallcoverings, Beachwood, Ohio

Responsibilities included: Implementation of first CAD system in US for wallcoverings, managed personnel & equipment in CAD department, trained design staff of 35 to utilize the system.

1986-1989 :: Graphics Director, Collins & Aikman Wallcoverings, N.Y., N.Y.

Responsibilities included: Overseeing all design and production phases of 120 wallcovering books and sales support annually ($120M) including: design & layout of books (photography, illustration, pre-production for 4-6 color printing, choosing hardware, binding and packaging), ads, promotional materials, p.o.p and trade show exhibits. Directing and training staff of 25, including performance and compensation evaluations.

1984-1986 :: Art Director, Greeff Fabrics, N.Y., N.Y.

Responsibilities included: Initiate, design and develop marketing materials for high end home fashion products. Direct and style room-set and table top photography, coordinate timing for graphics, photography, printing and book binding.
